The rally and your club - the Great Yorkshire Traction Engine Club ….needs you and your friends and family to help?
Setting up and running a rally is great fun and so rewarding …transforming Duncombe Park into a safe , yet exciting rally venue is hard work but most enjoyable and so if you have some spare time, have any special skills - be they organisational , practical or just pure enthusiasm then why not get involved? Come as a group of friends / family and get involved Working as part of an friendly bunch of committee members help is needed anytime from the Tuesday before the rally - 30th June 2015 through to Monday 6th July. Helpers are able to camp on site and use the facilities throughout the set up / take down period.
At this stage we’d just like an indication of who may be able to help and what skills you can offer, enthusiasm and sense of humour being the key traits! There is no commitment at this stage – we just want to get a database of people we can approach nearer the time – the Rally may be months away but for the GYTEC Committee the 2015 Rally Planning process is already well under way!
So if you think you’d like to get involved then please contact any of the committee members or call Barry on 07702 749202 , e mail [email protected]
