Please note the following conditions should be observed for your own safety and that of other campers:
- All caravans should be fitted with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher, both in good working order.
- If you wish to go offsite please report to security who will provide you with a pass for re-entry. This pass is your proof of payment and must be surrendered on re-entry to site. No pass, no entry, without payment.
- We cannot allow the saving of spaces due to fire regulations. All caravans/ tents will be directed to a suitable site by our Rally Marshalls to ensure compliance with fire regulations and if you wish to be sited with friends you must arrive together to guarantee this.
- All rubbish should be bagged and taken to one of the collection points provided.
- Open fires are not permitted in any area of the site.
- Generators can be used but please show consideration for those around you and switch off at a reasonable hour or if requested to do so by our Security Team or a Rally Marshall.
- Private vehicles will not be allowed on the show field. You must follow the route marked if you wish to go off site. We are hoping to provide a free shuttle service between the Rally field and the nearby village of Helmsley on both Show days. We hope to run the service from mid-morning to early evening; details will be available on site. When using your vehicle on site please observe the speed limits where shown and exercise extreme caution.
- Please note that, in the interests of safety, quad bikes/trikes will not be allowed on site, other than those used by the Rally Marshalls. Electric bikes are allowed but must be operated at a reasonable speed which is appropriate to the area.
- It should be noted that normal traffic regulations apply on site, which include drink/ driving restrictions.
- The Rally Marshalls and the Security Team are there to assist you with any problems and to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons on site. Please give them your full co-operation and note their decision is final in the case of any dispute. Any persons failing to comply will be asked to leave site and will not be allowed entry to the Rally in future years.
