Some sad news (29.9.2024)
Long time member John Walkington passed away last week. John was probably our furthest travelled active member, making the journey by road from his home country of Germany, some 600 + miles, to help set up and pack down our rally at Duncombe park. John was a gentleman, a great laugh and a massive help to us, even though he was a short lad! Our thoughts are with his wife, his friends and his family here in the uk and overseas. Rest in Peace. His funeral will take place on October 10th 2024 at 2pm |
